  1 ) What  key conventions  of print adverts can you find and what are the  connotations  or deeper meanings of each convention ? Pictures of product (skittles) to remind us the type of product it is. The image also reflects the phrase "taste the rainbow" as  skittles is colourful and each one of them have a different flavour. The Logo   is bright and it is in the middle of the advert in white colour and the letter (i ) comes out of it a rainbow and the word skittles came from the British pub game of skittles , a bowling-like game with pins, because the small colourful candies resemble the pins or the casual fun of the game, evoking fun and casual pleasure with the famous taste of rainbow   The original game involves rolling a ball at nine pins, and the candy's name links to this tradition of playful activity The Background features is a rainbow  this colours catches peoples attention and kids will love it because of the variety...
